We charge ₹49. If something goes wrong on our end, we make it right — no questions asked. Here's exactly what happens in every scenario.
"I paid but didn't receive the PDF"
This is our fault. We will regenerate and send your PDF within 1 hour of you contacting us on WhatsApp with your order reference. If we can't fix it within 24 hours, we issue a full refund — no forms, no waiting.
"I made a mistake in the agreement"
Contact us on WhatsApp with your order reference number and what needs to change. We will correct and regenerate the PDF at no additional charge. This applies to typos, wrong dates, wrong names, or any error in the details you entered.
"I changed my mind and haven't downloaded the PDF yet"
Contact us within 2 hours of payment and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
"I changed my mind after downloading the PDF"
Since the document has been generated and delivered, refunds are not available in this case — but please do reach out if there's any issue with the document quality and we will make it right.
"I was charged twice"
We do not charge twice for a single order — Razorpay prevents this. If you see two charges on your bank statement, one is a temporary authorization hold that will be released automatically within 3–5 business days. If money was actually deducted twice, contact us on WhatsApp immediately with both transaction IDs — we will refund the duplicate within 24 hours.
Stamp Paper and Registration Services (Coming Soon)
For the upcoming Stamp Paper and Registration tiers: full refund if service hasn't started, partial refund if partially complete, no refund once fully delivered. Specific terms will be published when these services launch.
